U8 Development Team Outdoor Program
From May 2026 to October 2026
Our U8 Development Program is the first step into the Rep Team pathway, designed for young players, born in 2019-2018 and ready for a more structured and focused environment. At this stage, the priority is building strong technical foundations, confidence on the ball, and a clear understanding of the game. Players are introduced to a higher standard of training while still developing at the right pace for their age.
Players train twice per week (Monday and Wednesday, 6:00-7:00 PM at Howard Public School Turf), allowing for consistency without overwhelming volume. Sessions focus on ball mastery, coordination, and small-sided games to maximize touches and decision-making. This program is ideal for players transitioning from recreational soccer and preparing for the next level within the Rep Team structure.
