Rep Team Outdoor Program
From May 2026 to October 2026
Our U9-U13 Boys Development Program is designed for players who are ready to take the next step in the Rep Team pathway with a higher level of commitment and intensity. At this stage, the focus shifts toward technical ability, improving speed of play, and building a strong understanding of team concepts. Players are expected to train consistently and approach sessions with focus and discipline.
Players train four times per week (Tuesday to Friday, 5:00-6:00 PM at Allan Lamport Stadium), following a structured development model that allows for faster progression and deeper learning. Sessions are built around technical training, positional awareness, game-realistic scenarios, and SAQ (speed, agility, and quickness) work to improve movement, explosiveness, and overall performance.
