ABOUT THE PROGRAM
FIRST STEP INTO DEVELOPMENT
Our U6-U8 Girls Development Program is the first step into the Rep Team pathway, designed for young players, born between 2021-2019 and ready for a more structured and focused environment (no tryout required). At this stage, the priority is building strong technical foundations, confidence on the ball, and a clear understanding of the game. Players are introduced to a higher standard of training while still developing at the right pace for their age.
At Umoja, we develop more than soccer players - we build confident, disciplined and respectful individuals who are prepared for future opportunities on and off the field.
