Welcome to Umoja Soccer School
Inspire . Train . Play
At Umoja Soccer School, we provide a dynamic and inclusive soccer environment for players of all skill levels. Our programs are designed to develop technical ability, build confidence, and foster a love for the game, whether you're a young beginner or a competitive athlete looking to reach the next level.
We kicked off our Outdoor Recreational Program on May 5th, 2025, and it’s been incredible to welcome so many new families to our community. With new coaching staff and refreshed training methods, our goal is simple: inspire kids to love the game while making sure they have fun, feel supported, and grow every time they step on the field.
July Update: Summer & Back-to-School Options
If your child enjoyed playing with Umoja this spring, we’ve got great options to keep that momentum going through the summer and into the fall.
1. Summer Extension
Our Little Stars and Foundation groups have made great strides this outdoor season, which wraps up on Sunday, July 13. The energy, smiles and visible progress have been inspiring.
For those looking to keep the rhythm of training going beyond that date, we’re offering a Summer Extension. These are weekly sessions that continue our development-based curriculum in a more relaxed summer format. It’s a great way for players to maintain their touch, build confidence and enjoy structured play with their peers.
Whether your child is new to soccer or already developing a strong foundation, this option ensures continued growth throughout July and August without interruption.
13 sessions from July 14 to October 12
$349 for Little Stars (ages 4–6)
$399 for Foundation (ages 7–15)
Perfect for families staying in the city and ready for more.
2. Back-to-School Program
For families who will be away during most of the summer but want to return to soccer once the school year begins, we offer a Back-to-School training block in September.
This program is built for players who enjoyed Spring soccer and are looking to ease back into activity after vacation. Sessions will focus on skill reactivation, movement coordination, and regaining match confidence in a low-pressure, supportive environment.
8 sessions from August 18 to October 12
$249 for Little Stars
$269 for Foundation
3. House League Fall Relaunch
Our Girls & Boys Spring House Leagues wrapped up end of June 2025. We received great feedback and fair criticism, and we’re using all of it to reshape our Fall format, which starts in late August / early September. Our goal is to improve the overall consistency of the game experience: more structured matches, better attendance tracking and increased coach presence on the field.
The Fall House League will continue to emphasize enjoyment, teamwork and technical development but with a few enhancements to team format, scheduling and weekly themes to better serve players of all levels.
8 games at Fern PS from August 23rd to October 12th
Girls: Saturdays 10am-12pm
Boys: Sundays 10am-12pm
3. Summer Camp (July 21st-25th)
Our Umoja Summer Camp is a full-week experience designed for players aged 5–14. Hosted at Toronto West School (330 Lansdowne Avenue), the camp blends focused training blocks with creative challenges, team-building games and plenty of time to play.
We group players by age and experience level, allowing us to adapt the intensity and complexity of activities. This creates a positive, inclusive space for both recreational and more competitive players. This is a great option for families looking for a fun yet structured soccer environment during the summer holiday.
