Speed Agility Quickness - Fitness Program
Our SAQ Program helps young athletes become quicker, more explosive, and more coordinated on the field. Through focused training, players learn how to accelerate, decelerate, change direction, and react with confidence, essential skills for modern soccer at any level.
Whether your child is in recreational or competitive programs, this clinic builds the athletic foundation needed for better performance across all aspects of the game.
What We Work On
Speed & Acceleration: Explosive first steps, sprint mechanics, and efficient running form.
Agility & Change of Direction: Sharp cuts, quick turns, and multi-directional movement without losing balance or control.
Reaction & Decision Speed: Stimulus-based drills that help players react and adapt faster in game situations.
Balance, Coordination & Strength: Core stability, safe footwork patterns, and exercises that reduce injury risk.
Proper Technique: Coaching that improves posture, efficiency, and total body control.
Schedule
All sessions take place under the warm Lamport Stadium dome.
January to March 2026
Every Wednesdays 5–6pm and/or Saturday 11am-12pm
Open to all athletes aged 6 to 16 years old.
